Cannot Ban A Player Because It States They Are An Admin!!

As the title says. When I have tried to ban a player I get the message that I cannot ban the player because (the name of one of the admins) is an Admin.
The player I am trying to ban is of course NOT an admin and has a different player name. (his own)
The only way I can do it then manage users, remove my admin from being an admin and then go back and ban the player. Then make my admin an admin again!

Thank you as always Neho. I missed the post regarding that. Those admins had no steam linked. ( Even though I made it clear they must have it)
That clears my problem up
