NPM Update.

Hi,

Wondering if it is safe to update? I seem to remeber having done this before and nothing worked So I rolled back. However it is possible that I messed that up haha. What you think? I have NodeBB things not working because of outdated NPM version. But I care more about the webadmin lol

@SMiLeY maybe you will have more warnings, but it should work, node can break things, npm should not
