Start/Stop/Restart Buttons - Server Admin Page

Start/Stop/Restart Buttons

I had seen in a screenshot on one of the tutorials that in the Admin page for the servers there were buttons to Start/Stop/Restart the server.

I only have the stop button and of course then the start button after the server has been stopped. Is this the way it is now? or am I missing something? Should I
have all three buttons?

This is how it is now, I had issues when I restarted the servers, sometimes there was an error could not bind and the server didn't restart. That 3 buttons was for my rented server earlier by another gaming host provider
