From now on admins with power 90 or higher can start|restart|stop the SD HC server. I included this since sometimes we are not close to the PC so we can't restart the server if it crashes form some reason (not my mistake dont even think on that
)To start, restart or stop the server simply click on the link and the magic should happen.
Here is a screenshot with 3 server icons on the right top corner

The script is now fixed, i hope that we will not have to use it as often
There was a bug on the host providers Game panel, that's why the server started in Mod. God thing is that it works now
