Chat/Player Scores

Hi,
I do not get any in game chat showing against a player name.
I also only get only some players scores showing. Noticed that registered members/admins dont show up. It has always been like that even on the older versions. What can I do to get this working? Server has been uninstalled and reinstalled at times..Is there a mongodb cache or something like that...something needs wiping/clearing to make fresh or ?
Sitemap is just a bunch of text also.
Any help appreciated. Has anyone else experienced this?

That's not my main concern. I would like the other things working. Game Chat, Top Players and scores.

Even after a totally clean install and exactly as instructed I get no player chat and only some players recorded in the scores. Easy to say ‘what am I doing ‘ lol. Well I’m doing as instructed
I’m not a developer or programmer but I can follow instructions... I think

Update...Chat Can Now Be Seen
I am guessing because I am using the julia plugin from the xbase_00.iwd rather than the one that was 'default' from the plugins directory in the main-server-files (which is now empty) Other post helped me with that. Only thing i have changed so 'assume' that fixed it.
Still do not get all player scores though

Good that chat can be seen but....I have the plugin activated to clear old game chat for x days....
There is over a months worth of old chat still there for all players.
Scores for only some players are also still not getting recorded. This must be something simple I guess but I have no idea. Something to do with DB? cache? Away to 'reset' ?

Now, not all players are showing in player data either?? Looks like a complete reinstall to try and sort this out.

Complete reinstall of all....Still no good..I (and others) now show up with scores on one server and not on the other??? And Vice Versa ..everything is set the same on both. Makes no sense. I give up lol

Opening this again as still same and all I try still does not work. Player chat is ok now that I took plug-ins out of the plug-ins folder and let them load within xbase.iwd
Not all players scores are showing up on the top players list though. The info is there because if you search for the player scores are recorded. So any ideas why they do not show up on the top players list??

Well I installed as per instruction. (Many times lol) Tested on a spare PC with a fresh Linux OS and clean webadmin install. Same error.

Has anybody actually checked in detail. The scores do not reflect the games.log or match gametracker for example. This is happening on a friends app too so if it is something I am doing then they are doing the same.
Last week I did a complete format of hard drive, new OS new install of webadmin, mongo and all. Scores are coming on one server and not the other? I dont see what I am doing wrong because all is installed as per instruction here.
Server permissions (if it is that) are the same, so why is one recording scores and one not. If I clear player scores in webadmin for whatever reason then after that many of the same players are no longer recorded again.
I want clients to be able to join and see their scores but they are either not accurate or they are not there at all.
This tool is amazing and I will continue to say so and promote others to use always. I wanted to again bring this to attention because it is either as you say something I do wrong (what??) or it's a bug. Either way it would be great if I can resolve it and then pass that info on also to my friend for his app.

I dropped the database, renamed mod, deleted the server and added again like it was all new. Still only records people sometimes on one server and not the other. Really frustrating!
Have not got a clue why.Even after a clean install of Linux and Cod4XWebAdmin in the past, results were the same. Makes no sense why it records some players on one server and not on the other when they are set up exactly same way

Well I Guess I just give up on this... I cannot believe that nobody else has this trouble. Saying that I am doing something wrong when it is installed to the latter as per instruction here is not really support.
Something is not right. I have installed FResh double figures...cleared db and more but it is STILL the same...There is no reason why a player is recognized on one server and not on another and the scores are not recorded for them. I am sure if someone else looked in detail they would see the same. Extremely frustrating!! I think i am being patient. I started this thread 8 months ago and tried myself without 'bothering' people here. Lost cause.
