Total noob dont even know how to install repositories. HELP.

I have 0 knowledge in node.js and installing the repositories.
Is there a simple visual manual that can explain me how to properly install cod4xwebadmin.
I managed to install Node.js and NPM i think...but this part
is not really explaining me what to do...

Im running a windows 2016 server variant

@klote It is made mainly for Linux, only external game servers may work, there is no tutorial for windows server, you will have to figure out how to install node, npm and MongoDB, after that you can follow the Ubuntu tutorial from point 4

Do i have to host this on a seperate Operating instance seperate from the dedicated server?
I managed to install all three the software packages.
I dont understand where to put the commands in Point 4 though...
