Is this a first setup, did you make all the steps on install (recaptcha)
Everything else is working, can you login with default data -
I just tried to register on your site. Correct it is not working.
When you fill out details and click 'register' it takes you back to the register/create an account page again. Of course if it works it takes you to your profile.
Signing up with Steam worked.

Check the log files, if the registration doesn't work there will be an error. If you simply start the application with npm start you can see the logs in real time.

@Powerless Based on what I can see via browser your captcha code has some errors, I believe the captcha is not working properly and that's why the registration is not finished

Thank you @NeHo , Registration works correctly. The problem was the incorrect secret id.
